Banning of Agents and Players
The Union reserves the right to ban or remove any agent or player WITHOUT EXPLANATION.
Banned individuals re-entering the union will be considered serious violators, with their profits and rake subject to confiscation.
Advertising and Partnerships
Advertising a club or union within poker groups is prohibited. Collaboration with large agencies and unverified online agents is also disallowed.
